Return & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for joining our community and shopping at TailorVerse. As a small business start up, we greatly appreciate your support in our brand and want you to enjoy our designs just as much as we enjoyed creating them.

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help! Please review our guidelines below to ensure your item qualifies.

For both returns and exchanges, the following guidelines apply:

  • Eligibility Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond this period.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unwashed, undried, unworn, and in their original condition. Any items with visible signs of wear, damage, or use will not qualify for a return or exchange. If your item included tags, these tags must still be attached.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges.
  • Restocking Fee: A $7 restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges to help cover processing costs.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request within 7 business days. For returns, a refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, we’ll ship out the replacement item once the return is approved.

We are committed to delivering the highest quality products. However, if your item has a quality defect (such as poor print quality, damages, or other manufacturing issues), we will cover the return or exchange shipping costs and waive the restocking fee. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the defective item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
